Our autumn menu is now in full flow, bringing an array of new seasonal dishes to the table alongside the signature favourites our guests know and love.
From comforting classics to dishes inspired by flavours from further afield, there is plenty to tempt you as the season unfolds. Highlights include Roasted Cod, Duck Ragu, Slow-Braised Short Rib of Beef & Guinness Pie and Kerala Coconut Prawn Curry, with additional weekend specials making an appearance throughout the season.

The Sea in My Blood – An Autumn Art Exhibition
October brings something rather special to The Cuan with The Sea in My Blood, an art exhibition by Orlagh Milligan, taking place on 15th and 16th October.
Inspired by Orlagh’s upbringing on the coast and her family’s connection to the fishing industry in Ardglass, the collection promises to bring a wonderful sense of place and story to The Cuan.
The exhibition is a beautiful addition to our autumn calendar and offers guests the opportunity to experience something a little different during their visit.
