Since re-opening in May 2021 and after a £1 million renovation, I have been so fortunate to be working alongside an incredible dedicated team who are very much focused on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service, across all departments.
The Cuan has brought in a new era of exquisite dining, focusing very much on local produce and fresh seafood, all prepared by our award-winning Head Chef, Gerard Sands and his team.
